We handcraft each piece to order, and most are ready for delivery within 10–12 weeks.

How should I care for my piece?

We supply a detailed care guide with every order. As our pieces are made from natural materials and finished with natural oils, we recommend a gentle clean with a damp cloth when required.

Can I request a more durable finish?

We finish our pieces with natural oils to enhance the beauty and tactility of the materials. However, we can offer polyurethane finishes on request — ideal for high-traffic or commercial settings.

Will the piece require assembly?

Most of our pieces are delivered fully assembled. Where needed (for larger items), they may be supplied in parts for ease of access, with simple on-site assembly provided.
